Overview

A warehouse inventory management mobile app for factory floor staff. The app connects to an ERP system and guides workers through stock replenishment tasks including scanning, location transfers, and confirmation workflows.

Problem

Stock replenishment was managed manually with no mobile interface

Workers had no way to scan barcodes or search items from the floor
—
No clear confirmation feedback after completing a replenishment task

Solution

→
Designed a mobile-first replenishment flow: Pending list, Scan or Search, Summary, Confirmation
→
Integrated barcode and licence plate scanning for fast item identification
→
Added location transfer fields (From Location, To Location) for accurate warehouse movement
→
Created a clear Replenishment Confirmed state to close the task loop
